Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of excessive wear or damage

To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.


Free Size Exchanges

If your hat doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer free size exchanges.

We’ll cover the reshipping costs for your replacement item to ensure you get the right fit as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns on:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items showing clear signs of misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
